Domestic Processing & Delivery: Standard handling and courier delivery across Montenegro takes 3 to 6 business days from contract confirmation.
3 MAG CORPORATION d.o.o. is not responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather events, or any other independent courier operational bottlenecks once the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
The risk of loss, damage, or destruction of items transfers to the Buyer at the exact moment the parcel is physically handed over and signed for by the Buyer or designated recipient (customer).
In accordance with the Montenegrin Consumer Protection Law (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), the Buyer has the statutory right to cancel and withdraw from the purchase without specifying a reason within 14 calendar days from the date the physical goods are received.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product condition (the outer and inner condition) upon delivery in the presence of the courier representative. If visible damage to the item is identified, the customer should immediately draw up a damage report (Zapisnik o oštećenju) with the courier and notify us at “support@3mag.me”
NOTE: All products are thoroughly inspected, products' initial conditions are pre-recorded and photographed before the official handover of the parcel/product to the courier/delivery service from our warehouses. If a package arrives with visible physical damage, drawing up an official damage report (Zapisnik o oštećenju) with the courier driver upon delivery is strictly required to process transport damage claims. If it will be proven that the damage to the product was conducted during the delivery process to the customer, the question will be resolved between 3 MAG CORPORATION d.o.o. and the according delivery company. If the fact that the damage to the products was caused during transportation by the supplier company is confirmed, 3 MAG CORPORATON d.o.o. will not be held liable for the damaged products.
Products sold are guaranteed to conform to the contract of sale under the Montenegrin Law on Consumer Protection (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača).
Statutory conformity applies strictly to manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover:
